Need some incentives to exercise?

Bradley Fair and Athleta, which opened there last year, are offering several in July.

Every Saturday this month, starting this week, there will be something called Bradley Fair Fit powered by Athleta, which will include free yoga and boot-camp classes outdoors.

It’s just another way that we want to give back to the community that has been so good to us through the years," said an e-mail from Amy Liebau, spokeswoman for Bradley Fair developer Laham Development.

"Studies have found that there are a lot of benefits to exercising outdoors and we could think of no better place to exercise outdoors than on the Plaza with the beauty of the Bradley Fair Lake as a backdrop," Liebau wrote.

GoTimeTraining will lead the boot camps, which will be from 9 to 9:45 a.m., and Yoga Central will lead the yoga classes from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.

The classes are for any fitness level, and guests can do both.

Everyone who participates will receive Athleta swag bags that feature discounts along with items from Bradley Fair retailers. They'll also receive a water bottle from Healing Waters and drink samples from Cocoa Dolce.

Liebau said studies show that exercising outdoors has a lot of benefits.

"Our hope is that these classes will allow people to get a break in their routine and, hopefully, build some new friendships at the same time.”
