Hutch bank software provider acquires Internet, mobile banking products
A Hutchinson-based provider of bank software and technology services said Friday it has acquired a suite of Internet and mobile banking software products from a Texas firm.
Data Center Inc. did not disclose the financial terms of the transaction for Jack Henry & Associates’ TeleWeb products.
DCI said in a news release the TeleWeb purchase “is one of the company’s most significant” acquisitions.
The privately held company said the deal included the TeleBank voice banking system and its nearly 360 clients. It also includes technical, development, support and management staff who will work from DCI’s new Dallas office.
