CornerBank to break ground Tuesday on Wichita facility
A Winfield-based bank will hold a groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday morning for its Wichita branch.
The event was scheduled for 10:30 a.m. at the site of the new branch, which is at the northeast corner of Berkeley Square Parkway and 13th Street, between Webb and Greenwich.
Plans call for a 6,000-square-foot building, which officials of the $285 million-asset bank hope to open in May.
CornerBank has been operating in Wichita in leased office space for 11 years, beginning with a loan production office downtown. Its Wichita president is Jadd Munn.
