Equity Banchares has received regulatory approvals for its acquisitions of two Oklahoma bank holding companies.

The approval allows the Wichita-based parent of Equity Bank to close on its acquisitions of Eastman National Bancshares, parent of Eastman National Bank in Newkirk, and Cache Holdings, parent of Patriot Bank in Tulsa.

The deals, which are expected to close on Nov. 10, will push Equity’s assets to a little more than $3 billion, and 42 offices in Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma and Missouri.
