Wichita aviation holding company divests three businesses
Greenwich AeroGroup said Tuesday it has sold three of its companies to an investment fund.
The Wichita-based holding company of civil and military aviation service providers and manufacturers said it sold the companies – Aero Precision Industries LLC of Livermore, Calif., DAC International Inc. of Austin, Texas and NASAM Inc. of San Francisco – to an Odyssey Investment Partners fund for an undisclosed amount.
The sale leaves Greenwich with five companies and an interest in a sixth firm based in Brazil.
Greenwich said in a news release Tuesday that it continues “to look for opportunities to add companies that will complement its aviation portfolio.”
