Bombardier Safety Standdown to mark 20 years in Wichita

The Canadian parent of Wichita’s Learjet will mark its 20th year of hosting an annual aviation safety event in Wichita.

Bombardier Business Aircraft will host its Safety Standdown Sept. 27-29 at the Wichita Hyatt Regency.

This year’s four-day-long event will focus on runway safety, pilot checklists, medical certification and working with the National Transportation Safety Board, among other related topics. More information on the agenda can be found here.

In past years the event has typically attracted more than 400 aviation professionals.
