Boeing test flight pattern traces outline of 787

A Boeing 787-8 undergoing a marathon test flight has flown a flight pattern that has traced an outline of the plane itself.

According to flight tracking website FlightAware, at 10:01 a.m Central on Thursday the plane was approaching its 18th hour of flight.

The 787 is scheduled to complete its flight at 11:29 a.m. Central at Boeing Field in Seattle.
