Two Wichita marketing agencies have merged to form a new firm, RSM Marketing Services.
A deal to combine RSA Marketing Services and 360 Ideas closed Friday, said Bruce Rowley, a managing partner of the newly created company. The deal was announced to employees of the two firms, and to the public, on Monday.
“It’s a combination of two companies that fit together like a glove,” Rowley said. “We were two growing companies, and we believe this will help us to grow faster.”
Rowley and Mike Snyder of the former RSA Marketing and James Mock will serve as managing partners of the new firm while Nicole Graszl and Caroline Rowley will be partners in the company.

Informal talks about a potential merger were initiated about a year ago by the RSA leadership, Bruce Rowley said. RSM Marketing has 41 employees, with 20 coming from 360 Ideas.
The plan is for an expansion of the existing RSA headquarters in downtown Wichita, 400 S. Commerce, to take place this summer, according to a news release. The addition will include the development of about 3,000-square-feet at the facility, Rowley said.
“We anticipate adding staff this year,” Rowley said. “By the end of the summer, we also anticipate all employees being here at 400 Commerce.
“We think this makes us the most comprehensive source for companies looking for marketing services, certainly in Kansas and probably beyond.”
RSM Marketing will also have a presence in Kansas City, Oklahoma City and Dallas, according to the release.
