Skyward Credit Union members to share $750,000 bonus dividend

Skyward Credit Union members will share $750,000 as part of a 2015 end-of-year bonus dividend, according to a news release.

The credit union’s board of directors announced in the release that the total, which it called an “extraordinary bonus,” will be split evenly between savers and borrowers with the institution.

Skyward Credit Union, formerly Cessna Employees Credit Union, was founded in 1941 and serves the employees and former employees of Textron Aviation and their family members.

The credit union also includes former employees of Cessna, Beechcraft Corp., Raytheon Aircraft Co. and their family members, and the employees and family members of various other subsidiaries. Skyward has about 14,500 members and $255 million in assets, according to the release.
