New Little Caesars to open in south Wichita

A new Little Caesars store is set to open next year in south Wichita, according to a news release.

A lease has been agreed to for a free-standing building at 5000 S. Broadway, just south of the intersection of Broadway and 47th Street. The location will be the third Little Caesars opened in Wichita by Brian and Pam Morris, according to the release.

“We have been looking at this area for a while now,” said the couple in a joint statement. “This will fill a geographical need and be a great fit for this trade area.”

The building will feature just over 1,500 square-feet of space, and renovations are expected to be completed early next year, according to the release. Troy Farha of NAI Martens handled the leasing. The Morris family also owns and operates Little Caesars franchise locations at 4100 E. Harry and 2548 S. Seneca, according to the release.
