Sheree Utash named president of WATC
The board of Wichita Area Technical College has appointed Sheree Utash president of the college, according to a news release Monday.
Utash was interim president beginning in July, with the depature of Tony Kinkel, and she had been vice president for academic affairs for seven years before that.
WATC is a Kansas Board of Regents institution and offers instruction in modern technical education, with 100 programs of study in aviation, health care, manufacturing, design and business. WATC is the managing partner of the National Center for Aviation Training.
