Bank SNB this week announced the promotion of Matt Pollock to oversee the bank’s northern region, which includes the states of Kansas, Oklahoma and Colorado, according to a news release.

Pollock had previously served as Bank SNB’s Oklahoma City market president and has been with the company for nine years. The promotion is one of three newly created positions by the bank and its holding company, Southwest Bancorp Inc.

Clay Jett, the bank’s former San Antonio market president, and Rick Sirchio, who previously was in charge of Bank SNB’s Dallas market, were also promoted to new roles within the organization. Jett will now oversee the bank’s south Texas region, while Sirchio will head its north Texas markets, including Dallas and Fort Worth, according to the release.

Bank SNB recently eliminated the position of chief banking officer, which had been responsible for the markets listed above.

Pollock graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a finance degree and also is a product of the SMU Graduate School of Banking, according to the release. Pollock will report directly to bank CEO Mark Funke.

Based in Stillwater, Okla., Bank SNB has about $2.3 billion in assets. The bank has four Kansas locations, two in Wichita and two in Hutchinson.
