Online marketing survey: Koch Industries best-known brand in Kansas

An online survey of the best-known brands associated with Kansas put Koch Industries at the top.

RSA Marketing Services asked 1,300 Kansans to name the Kansas-based brand they think is the most famous. Koch was ranked 10th in last year’s survey.

“We’ve seen Koch moving up in the rankings for the past couple of years,” Bruce Rowley, CEO of RSA Marketing, said in a statement. “As they have become more visible in recruiting for talent, political activities and the release of a new book from Charles Koch.”

The Top 10 most famous Kansas-based brands for 2015: Koch Industries, Pizza Hut, the University of Kansas, Garmin, Coleman, Sprint, Boeing, Kroger, Cessna and Boulevard Brewery.
