Wichita hiring outlook strengthens for the first quarter
Wichita area employers expect to hire at a stronger clip in the first quarter of 2015, according to the latest Manpower survey.
In the survey, 20 percent of local employers said they expected to add staff, while just 3 percent said they expect to cut, for a net 17 percent margin. The rest said they expect to keep staffing the same.
The net margin was 10 percent in the fourth quarter of 2014 and 5 percent in the first quarter of 2014.
