Wichita native promoted to VP at Rose Hill Bank
Rose Hill Bank announced Friday the promotion of Zach Weast to the position of vice president of commercial lending.
Weast, a west Wichita native, joined Rose Hill in 2013 as the bank’s assistant vice president of commercial lending after serving as a commercial credit analyst at Intrust Bank for three years, a news release said. Weast also has worked as a financial analyst for Via Christi Health.
In his new position, Weast, who works out of the bank’s location on North Ridge Road, will continue to focus on building and servicing the bank’s portfolio of business loans, the release states. In addition to holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pittsburg State University, Weast has completed courses offered through the Kansas and Nebraska Bankers Associations.
The bank is a 109-year-old institution headquartered in Rose Hill with two Wichita locations.
