BNC adds Scott Steele to mortgage team

BNC National Bank announced recently that it has hired Scott Steele as a loan originator on its mortgage team.

“Scott brings a lot of experience to the team,” said J.R. Rohr, vice president for retail sales, BNC Mortgage Division. “Scott, (area manager) Matt Wendling and myself have all known each other for a long time. We continue to build a world class group of mortgage professionals.”

Steele, a Wichita native who attended Wichita State University, started in his new role Aug. 10 after previously working for Equity Bank, according to a news release. North Dakota-based BNC has six locations in Kansas, including four mortgage locations in Wichita.
