Featured business person: Kandi Jones

One way or another, Jones has been in the home business a long time.

“I just like helping people get into a home, especially first-time homebuyers,” she said. “That’s probably the most important investment they’ll ever make.”

Jones graduated from high school in Andover and worked in the title business for several years before serving as a mortgage consultant with several companies.

She started at Pulaski Bank in May. She works with real estate agents, builders and borrowers, specializing in new residential homes.

“At Pulaski, I can do loans throughout the 50 states,” she said. Before that, “I had a lot of friends, I wasn’t able to do their loans.”

When not working, Jones enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her two children.
