Josh Turner, who recently stepped down as Weigand president, will take over as Landmark’s president, CEO Brad Saville announced Thursday.

“I am truly honored to have the opportunity to return to J.P. Weigand & Sons in this leadership role,” said Dreiling, who was a commercial broker there from 1993 to 1996 and spent nearly 20 years with Restaurant Management Company before coming to Landmark.

Turner, who joined Weigand’s executive leadership team in 2020, has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and property management.

“J.P. Weigand & Sons is a great company and there are a lot of great people there,” Turner said. “We accomplished many good things that I am very proud of while I was in that position. I am excited to accept this new opportunity with Landmark Commercial and to be a part of taking this amazing company to the next level. Brad and I have a lot in common and we both want to see this organization become even greater than it is today. I believe that together, we can do just that.”
