Kice Industries adds space to Park City plant

Kice Industries is doubling its final assembly and shipping area, adding 22,000 square feet of space to its plant near 53rd and I-135 in Park City.

The company said Monday that it hopes to break ground this month. It didn’t release a value for the project.

Kice makes industrial air handling and filtering systems for the flour milling, food processing, plastics, and wood milling and processing industries.

The city of Park City granted the company the option to abate 60 percent of the property tax on the expansion for 10 years, or 100 percent for six years.
