David Cabela to talk about his family’s business at forum

The public is invited to hear from David Cabela, son of a founder of outdoors store Cabela’s. He will talk about how his family's business has grown from a kitchen-table operation into a worldwide retail, Internet and catalog business.

He is the speaker at the Wichita State University Center for Entrepreneurship’s 2014 Meritrust Entrepreneurship Forum Series. The forum will be from 3 to 4 p.m. Sept. 25 in the auditorium at Devlin Hall. A short reception will follow.

The Meritrust Entrepreneurship Forum Series is free and open to the public.
