Chamber adds 226 new members during campaign

With the help of about 200 volunteers, the Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce signed up 226 new members during a membership campaign last week.

At the end of the event, the chamber recognized a number of the volunteers, and the two top awards for exceptional efforts were presented to Greg Klenda of Klenda Austerman LLC, and Martha Linsner of The Trust Company of Kansas, according to a news release.

The chamber said that when added to 1,700 existing members, the 226 new members reinforced the organization’s role as the largest chamber of commerce in Kansas.
