WSU New Venture competition seeks judges

The Shocker New Venture Competition is seeking judges for its Ten-Page Screening Round and Trade Show Round of the competition.

Judges who sign up will review business plans, and complete evaluation and feedback forms. Each judge will be assigned no more than four, Ten-Page business plans based upon their area of expertise. Judges will be e-mailed business plans on Friday and feedback is due April 12.

The trade show will be from 3 to 6 p.m. April 25 at Charles Koch Arena. Trade Show judges will invest “Shocker Dollars” in the teams they believe have the best chance to launch a successful business. Judges are asked to arrive between 3 and 5 p.m. and spend 60 to 90 minutes judging the top 16 teams.
