New product

Great Plains Federal Credit Union, 3100 E. Central, has launched a loyalty rewards program called Buzz Points that allows its members to earn rewards points using their debit cards, with more points awarded for transactions made at local businesses.

Charity

Wichita-based Credit Union of America awarded $23,160 to five charitable organizations in Great Bend: $1,600 to Great Bend Community Theatre; $2,200 to Golden Belt Community Foundation; $2,280 to the Great Bend Zoological Society; $3,200 to Barton Community College Foundation; and $13,880 to Meals on Wheels.
