Chamber names 2017 Leadership Wichita class

The Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce announced Tuesday its 2017 Leadership Wichita class.

The 33 people selected to this year’s class will attend eight sessions between late August and early November learning about economic and workforce development, leadership skills and other topics that will equip them to be the area’s future leaders.

The selections were made based on nominations to the program’s board of trustees.

“Past participants of Leadership Wichita have made significant contributions in our community, and this year’s class will graduate equipped with the insight to build upon their professional successes to make Wichita the premier place to grow companies, careers and communities,” Tyler Heffron, chair of Leadership Wichita’s trustees, said in a news release.

The members of the class of 2017 are:
