Derby residents invited to talk about developing city’s west end area

Derby city staff and consultants will talk about plans for, and seek public input on, how to develop the area between K-15 and the Arkansas River.

The open house for the West End Development Plan will be from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Derby Welcome Center, 611 Mulberry.

People will be asked to discuss such issues as streets, the proposed new park, and ideas to encourage redevelopment. Visit www.derbyweb.com/westendstudy for details.
