Bliss, a climbing center, plans April 8 groundbreaking

Bliss Bouldering and Climbing Complex will have a groundbreaking event at 4 p.m. April 8.

Once completed, the business, which will be at 28th Street North and Greenwich, will offer 9,000 square feet of vertical climbing surfaces. The center will offer open climbing, training and equipment rental, as well as party and corporate events.

Bliss’ founder and president David Kortje will preside at the groundbreaking. The business is expected to open in October.
