NAI Martens real estate broker closes third Wichita hotel deal
Troy Farha, an NAI Martens real estate broker, recently sold the Wichita Inn Suites at 5211 E. Kellogg, according to a news release Tuesday.
The sale includes the hotel’s 88 rooms, fitness center and outdoor pool.
The hotel, near Towne East Square, marks the third Wichita hotel deal of the year for Farha, the release said.
He also sold the Northrock Suites at 7856 E. 36th St. North and the Wichita Inn North at 3741 N. Rock Road.
