The Wichita office of BKD has announced the following promotions: Tyler Boss, from manager to audit senior manager; Casey McMillian, from managing consultant to senior managing consultant; and Jason Seaton, from manager to audit senior manager.

Agriculture

Jeff Hole, a native of Wichita and director of milling at Grain Craft in Overland Park, was unanimously elected 2017-2018 vice president of the International Association of Operative Millers at the association’s 121st Annual Conference & Expo this month in New Orleans.

Ryan Gabehart has joined Spangenberg Phillips Tice Architecture as an intern architect.

Banking

Two officers with Citizens Bank recently completed coursework with the Schools of Banking: Ty Goossen, a loan officer in the Kingman branch, completed the School of Lending Principles, and Cher McLachlan, senior retail manager in Wichita, completed the School of Banking Fundamentals. Both schools are sponsored by the Kansas and Nebraska Bankers Associations.

Brandon Weber of Document Resources, a division of Underground Vaults and Storage, has achieved the Certified Secure Destruction Specialist designation.

Construction

Gib and Brenda Compton of Compton Construction in Wichita were awarded the Kansas State University Medal of Excellence by the KSU Foundation. The award recognizes outstanding trustees of the KSU Foundation who have advanced the university through exceptional service, leadership and philanthropic contributions.

Wesley Medical Center has named Angie Gutierrez, Wesley Healthcare’s float pool director, as its new associate chief nursing officer.
