Hinkle Law Firm has completed its move to 1617 N. Waterfront Parkway. The 30-year-old, 43-attorney firm occupies the third, fourth and fifth floors of the seven-story building built by Murfin Inc. and named the Hinkle Law building.

Anniversary

Kaw Valley Engineering is marking 35 years in business this year. The firm has offices in Junction City, Lenexa, Salina, Emporia, Wichita and Kansas City, Mo.

Recognized

Western wear retailer Cavender’s was named the Headwear Association 2017 Retailer of the Year.

Charity

Wichita-based Credit Union of America has awarded eight students with scholarships totaling between $1,000 and $2,000 for the 2017-2018 school year. The scholarships are awarded through CUA’s John Michener Scholarship program.
