Scott Redler, co-founder of Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, will talk about his life story and entrepreneurship at the next Startup Grind on May 11.

The event will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Lux, 120 E. First St. The cost is $10.

Redler went from catering events at age 15 to managing a steakhouse to pay for college to co-founding Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, one of the fastest-growing restaurant chains in the country.
