Manufacturing growth slows in KC Fed district during August
Manufacturing growth in Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank District slowed slightly in August, but producers’ expectations for future activity remained solid, according to the bank.
The month-over-month raw materials price index moved up slightly, while the finished goods price index was somewhat lower.
Measures of future activity were mixed for the month.
