Wichita State University is moving its Annual Kansas Economic Outlook Conference on Oct. 5 to Intrust Bank Arena this year because it has outgrown its old location.

The 37-year-old event, in which economic and industry experts look ahead to the coming year, has been at Century II for decades.

The highlight of the event is the job forecast by the director of the Center for Economic Development and Business Research, Jeremy Hill.
