Two Wichita hotels sold, to get new names

An investor group has purchased two east-side hotels from a local company and will reflag them.

Northrock Suites, 7856 E. 36th St. North, will become a Comfort Inn & Suites. It’s four stories and has 101 rooms, and was built in 1996.

Wichita Inn North, 3741 N. Rock Road, will become a Super 8. It’s three stories and has 96 rooms, and was built in 1998.

Troy Farha, Retail Advisor at NAI Martens brokered the transaction.
