House of Schwan awarded lounge naming rights at Intrust Bank Arena
WICHITA -- A 10-year agreement has been reached with the House of Schwan for the naming rights of the public lounge in the Intrust Bank Arena, Sedgwick County announced today.
The agreement also allows House of Schwan to have exclusive marketing within the arena of domestic, light, import and specialty malt beverages. In addition, the Wichita-based beer distributor will be allowed to have signs at specified locations in the arena and on the arena's Web site.
Three other naming rights were previously sold: the arena's name to Intrust Bank, the concourse to Spirit AeroSystems and the plaza to Cessna Aircraft. Pepsi Co. also signed an agreement to provide non-alcoholic beverages at the arena for 10 years.
The county said it will receive a total of $17.114 million from all of the agreements.
