Former U.S. Sen. Bob Dole will begin a second tour through Kansas on Monday, with visits to several cities in northeast Kansas.

He has stops scheduled for Harvey, Sedgwick and Butler counties later this week. That includes a visit to Wichita State University’s Hughes Metropolitan Complex, 5015 E. 29th St. North, on Wednesday. That reception will take place from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m.

All 16 visits on the four-day tour, Dole’s second to Kansas in two months, are open to the public, his office said.
