Wichita’s transit advisory board will get a look at the future of local bus service during Friday’s 10 a.m. meeting at Wichita Transit, 777 E. Waterman.

Agenda items include the results of the ACT ICT community engagement survey, and the results of a service needs survey in Maize. Board members also will discuss planned west-side service improvements, which include service to NewMarket Square and a connector bus. The west-side changes are designed to bring the bus closer to where residents live, work and seek services.
