The crime

The Wichita Police Department is asking for the public’s help in catching the person who shot Kolby Hopkins. At approximately 1 a.m. on Sunday morning, Sept. 22, a shooting occurred in the 100 block of North Mead in Old Town. Seven people were hit and Hopkins, 25, was killed.

The Wichita Police would like assistance from anyone who might have been a witness or heard anything about this homicide.
