George Strait to play Wichita’s Intrust Bank Arena on April 4

George Strait will perform at Intrust Bank Arena – again.

The country singer will play April 4, arena officials announced Monday morning via Twitter. Strait, a country legend known for hits such as “Amarillo By Morning” and “All My Ex’s Live in Texas,” just announced additional dates for his “The Cowboy Rides Away” tour. The 61-year-old singer has said he does not plan to tour extensively after 2014.

Strait performed sold-out shows at the arena in February of 2012 and in January of 2010.

An on-sale date for tickets and prices will be announced later.
