Cash, electronics taken in Friday night restaurant robbery

Two men took an undetermined amount of money and valuables from the Speedy Burger restaurant, 3090 W. 13th, early Friday evening.

The men, one in his 20s and the other in his teens, entered the restaurant and brandished silver handguns to two store employees around 6:30 p.m., Wichita Police Sgt. Steve Yarberry said.

They took cash, an iPod, a laptop and two cell phones, Yarberry said, before fleeing on foot.

No injuries were reported and no arrests have been made in the case.
