Adopt a pet (Jan. 23)

Chestnut the Busy Bee, a 2-year-old male American pit bull terrier mix, is available for adoption from Kansas Humane Society.

Need a friend to help you get in shape this year? I’m the perfect boy for the job. I’m 2 years old, and I’ve been searching for someone to go jogging with since November. I just know this is the year I’ll finally find my forever home.
