James the Goofball, a 1-year-old male American pit bull terrier mix, is available for adoption from Kansas Humane Society.
Isn’t it great when someone cares enough to give you a second chance? Well that’s exactly what I’m getting here at KHS. I’m a calm, patient lover that would love nothing more than to be your best friend. You know where to find me, so come see me today.
▪ Luke the Goofball, 2-year-old male boxer mix
Have I got a deal for you! I’ve got the ability to get folks up off the couch and out the door for some great exercise: walking. I love to stay busy and keep a full social calendar. But don’t get me wrong, I know there’s nothing better after a long walk than curling up on the couch with my favorite person. Life is always more fun and interesting when you spend it with a happy guy like me. To turn that frown upside down, come see me at KHS.
▪ Snow White, 4-month-old female cat, domestic shorthair mix
Hi, I’m Snow White – ha, ha, fooled you! I’m a pretty black kitty. I like to snuggle but I also love to play. Sometimes I run so fast that my feet spin under me. Watch out, though, because I can be pretty sneaky and use one of my signature ninja attacks to surprise you. Interested in meeting me? I’m interested in meeting you, so come on down to KHS so we can get started.
▪ BeBe, 7-month-old female cat, domestic shorthair mix
Lap warmer, at your service! Let me show you just how much I love you with plenty of purrs, head-butts and nuzzling. But if you don’t mind, I’d also enjoy some quality quiet time. I’m pretty mellow, so that just how I roll. Are you looking for a loving buddy who will always make you smile? Come see me soon at KHS.
▪ Kimble, 8-month-old male cat, domestic shorthair mix
I was trapped with my two brothers when we were just 10 weeks old. Socialization is usually difficult for a cat that old, but not for me. I was always eager to be petted and loved on. I love to play with and steal toys, and sometimes I’ll even hold them in my mouth. I love treats, too, and will come running when I hear the treat bag rattle. Well, I think I’ve told you enough, so stop on by and let’s be happy together.
