Hi! The name is C.C. and that stands for “Cuddle” and “Climb.” My foster family says those are my two favorite activities. I’m a playful girl who is sure to steal your attention, and once I’ve got it, I take full advantage of cuddle time. I just love to be with people and get along with everyone I meet, including teenagers and young children. I’d love to meet your family too. My name may be Solo, but I don’t want to be on my own anymore. I just know there’s someone out there that has as much love to give as I do. And I’m not resting until I find them. I try my best to be a good sidekick for my foster family. I follow them around the house and meow to tell them “hello” when they come home. I love when they brush me, and play time is fun too. My favorite toys are a laser pointer, a wand and shoestrings. After I’m done playing I like to take cat naps up in a tall cat tree. I am as sweet as they come. Maybe that’s why the staff here at KHS call me Sugarplum – Sugar for short. I can be a little shy at first but I always greet everyone with a little wag of my tail and do my very best to show them what a loving pet I could be. I promise there’s no one more loyal than me, and no better friend to have by your side. Now, I just need someone to be there for me too.

Jolly is my middle name. I’m just a cheerful guy looking for someone to have a good time with. You could say I’m the best of both worlds. I like to play and have fun but afterward I’d love to settle down and cuddle on the couch. If you let me, I’ll find a way to plop myself right in your lap. Who says I’m too big to be a lap dog? I just love to be close to my people, is all. I know we could be best friends, if only you’d come by the Kansas Humane Society and meet me.

Hey there, my name is Sunny, and I want to bring a little sunshine to your life. I’m a happy hound puppy with lots of love to give. I’m just waiting for someone to love me too. I’m still young and have a lot to learn but with you by my side, I know I can grow up to be the perfect companion. Come by the shelter to see me and I’ll plant a big puppy kiss on you.
