$5 baths Saturday at RETAIN summer dog wash
It’s hot outside, and your dog could probably use a cool, refreshing bath.
Take your pooch to the RETAIN summer dog wash at Heartland Animal Hospital, 4100 N. Woodlawn in Bel Aire, where volunteers will do the dirty work.
From 1 to 4 p.m. every Saturday through Sept. 5, weather permitting, volunteers from Responsible and Ethical Treatment of Animals in Neighborhoods will bathe, rinse and towel off dogs for $5.
The money goes to RETAIN, a local group that helps pay for spay and neuter surgeries for pets whose owners can’t afford them.
