Adopt a pet (May 2, 2015)

Maddie, an 8-year-old female Irish setter, is available for adoption from Pals Animal Rescue. She is typical of many senior dogs, as she is well behaved, house-trained and calm and gets along with everyone. She will be shown from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at PetSmart at 3615 N. Rock Road along with many other Pals dogs and cats.

Macie is a female terrier mix, about 1 year old. She has come a long way since she came to the rescue. She is a great little dog who loves to watch TV with her foster parent. She will be shown from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Petco in Derby, 1912 N. Rock Road, along with many other Pals dogs.

Andrew the Goofball, a 1-year-old male American pit bull terrier-shepherd mix, is available for adoption from Kansas Humane Society.
