Who Are Rudy Giuliani's Children, Andrew and Caroline Giuliani?

The former Mayor of New York City, Rudy Giuliani, was once seen as a major presidential hopeful when he was so popular that he was known as America's Mayor at the time. After years of garnering more headlines for his work as a lawyer, news recently broke that he was hospitalized and in "stable but critical condition" at 81 years old. That has resulted in the public being interested in knowing more about Rudy's children, Andrew Giuliani and Caroline Giuliani.

Who Are Rudy Giuliani's Children?

From 1984 until 2002, Rudy Giuliani was married to Donna Hanover. The former couple had two children during that time, Andrew Harold Giuliani, who was born on January 30, 1986, and Caroline Rose Giuliani, who was born in August 1989. As adults, his children took very different paths.

Andrew Giuliani's Life and Career Explained

Andrew first garnered attention at 7 years old when he was filmed blowing kisses, yawning, and fist-pumping during his father's swearing-in as the Mayor of New York City. His behavior was even parodied on Saturday Night Live, with Chris Farley portraying him. Rudy's son would go on to play professional golf briefly after being a part of Duke University's team.

Once his sports career ended, Andrew began working in politics in 2017 when he became an associate director in the Office of Public Liaison. While working in the White House, he was promoted to special assistant to the president during Donald Trump's first term. After the administration left office, he became a political commentator for NewsMax and launched a failed campaign to become governor of New York.

In July 2017, Andrew married real estate executive Živilė Rezgytė. The couple went on to have a daughter named Grace Juzefa Giuliani together on Nov. 29, 2021. In May 2025, Andrew was appointed the Executive Director of the White House Task Force on the FIFA World Cup 2026 during Donald Trump's second term. In that role, which he appears to still hold, he has helped coordinate the tournament.

Caroline Giuliani's Life and Career Explained

Caroline Giuliani graduated from Harvard University with a degree in film production. She would go on to work as an executive assistant for The Gotham Group and Lionsgate Motion Picture Group. Additionally, she served as an on-set assistant behind the scenes of the TV shows Trophy Wife, 666 Park Avenue, and Hello Ladies, as well as the Netflix film Someone Great.

Caroline has also penned essays for notable outlets, including one she wrote for Vanity Fair in 2021 about becoming a better person through polyamorous relationships. In that piece, she described herself as pansexual. "I am attracted to people based on their presence and energy regardless of their biological sex, gender, or gender identity." She also wrote about wanting to help others through her work. "I know now that I am empathetic, radically open-minded, profoundly adventurous, and fiercely committed to telling stories that reduce the stigma surrounding sexuality and mental health."

In September 2024, Caroline wrote another essay for Vanity Fair in which she advocated against voting for Donald Trump to become President again. That came after she'd previously endorsed the Democratic candidates in the 2016 and 2020 Presidential elections as well.
