Kim Zolciak Claims Kids Go Hungry, Witness 'Tirades' in Kroy Biermann's Care
Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak is alleging that estranged husband Kroy Biermann is not taking proper care of their children while they are in his custody.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Thursday, June 4, Zolciak, 48, alleged that she is "constantly contacted by every one of the children while in [Biermann's] care asking for food because they are hungry, or medicine because they are sick."
"[She] immediately ensures that the children have what they need," Zolciak's attorneys claimed in the documents.
Zolciak also alleged that one of her children was "subject to frightening rage-fueled tirades" by their dad.
The former Don't Be Tardy star also claims Biermann, 40, has been engaged in sexual relationships "with multiple women in recent months," including with a female who has stayed at his residence and on vacation with children allegedly present.
Zolciak claimed her children reported on multiple occasions "not seeing [Biermann] for hours on end, but hearing him engage in sexual acts with his girlfriend of the moment."
Us has reached out to Zolciak and Biermann's attorneys for comment.
Zolciak and Biermann - who share KJ, 15, Kash, 13, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12 - have been entangled in a public legal battle ever since the Bravolebrity and former NFL star filed for divorce in May 2023. Though the pair briefly reconciled a few months later, the divorce was back on by August 2023.
In late March, Biermann requested sole custody of their minor children after the pair had previously agreed to a joint custody arrangement, according to court docs obtained by Us at the time.
The former Buffalo Bills player claimed that Zolciak had exhibited "blatant mismanagement of basic parenting responsibilities would be practically unbelievable to anyone not familiar with the circumstances."
While Zolciak denied the claims, a judge approved a temporary parenting plan where the kids would remain in Biermann's physical custody.
"I refuse to be bullied or have lies twisted into a narrative about who I am," Zolciak previously said in a statement to Us. "I will not stay silent; the truth is on my side, and it will come to light - no matter how hard anyone tries to bury it."
Zolciak is also the mom of daughters Brielle Biermann, 29, and Ariana Biermann, 24, whom Kroy legally adopted in 2013.
Ariana admitted that the divorce has had an impact on how close she remains with Kroy.
"We're definitely not as close as we used to be, and I don't really talk to him very often just because of this tough situation that we're in," she explained to Us in May 2025. "But I really do try to keep the divorce and my relationship with him and my mom separate. It just gets hard at times."
