Pam Grier Says She Has Orgasms That Last for 3 Days at Age 76

The L Word alum Pam Grier opened up about her very active sex life at age 76.

"When you're young, you can have three, four, five orgasms in an hour. But when you get [to be] my age, you have one orgasm and it'll last three days," Grier, 76, revealed to host Julia Louis-Dreyfus on the Wednesday, May 13, episode of the "Wiser Than Me" podcast.

Louis-Dreyfus, 65, and Grier were discussing feeling young at any age when the Jackie Brown actress made such a surprising admission about her lengthy orgasms.

"What are you talking about?" a stunned Louis-Dreyfus asked. "Like, what are you doing down there to get a three-day orgasm? I need details."

Grier insisted that "you don't have to do anything," leaving the "Wiser Than Me" host totally speechless.

"When it happens, I just want to tell you, you just be prepared," the actress advised. "It's going to be three whole days."

Louis-Dreyfus admitted she "didn't understand what [Grier was] talking about," asking for clarity on whether her guest had created a "three-day orgasm" or the effects of sexual pleasure simply last longer at her age.

"I think it's my age," Grier replied.

Louis-Dreyfus then joked, "My god. Maybe when you're 90 it will be a whole week!"

"If I could have had that when I was younger, I would have had a better life and better boyfriends," Grier insisted.

Earlier in the podcast, Grier spoke more broadly about her attitude towards aging at this point in her life.

"I might be 77 this year. I might be. I don't know," she joked. "If I wake up breathing, I'm going to have a good day."

This was not the first time Grier has opened up about her active sex life recently. She told the "Allison Interviews" podcast in August 2025 that she is "horny as f***." Grier confirmed that she was dating someone who'd come "from another part of the world, the universe, to find me."

"I never thought I would [feel this way], because when people find their person, it's a warm, fuzzy [feeling]," she said at the time. "You don't know why, where, when, how… And when it [happened], I said, ‘I can't believe it happened now.'"

She went on, "Just kind of from then on, I said, ‘Wow, I know that is such a wonderful, incredible moment in my life.' I said, ‘If I just get an hour with this person a day, it would be so cool.' Because for me, at this age, what will I offer?"

Grier had numerous high-profile relationships in the 1970s, including dating NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and late comedians Freddie Prinze and Richard Pryor. She was linked to Soul Train host Don Cornelius and boxing promoter Jimmie "Big Wheel" Wheeler before getting engaged to record executive Kevin L. Evans in 1998. (Grier and Evans ended their relationship in 1999 without ever tying the knot.)
