The Best Met Gala 2025 Beauty Looks: From Statement Nails to Glowy Skin

The Met Gala may be fashion's biggest night, but red carpet-ready beauty was also key this year.

Held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on Monday, May 5, the theme was "Superfine: Tailoring Black Style," which inspired the "Tailored for You" dress code, as the guests were encouraged to put a spin on menswear and suiting, which extended to the artfully curated glam and grooming.

The best looks were all about the finer details.

It's safe to say that glowing, lit-from-within skin was definitely in. Dewy, luminous and healthy-looking complexions dominated the grand steps, while hair was shaped and styled to perfection.

Special attention was also given to nail art, as seen on Ego Nwodim and Cynthia Erivo.
