Two new food trucks officially set sail in Wichita today. One serves pasta. The other serves gourmet tacos.
Gaga’s Grub is a second food truck by the owner of Gaga’s Grub Wichita, which opened in early March selling tacos.
Owner Dustin Presley was living in Perry, Okla., where he was running his main food truck. He leased his other rig to his friend, Vic Ramos, who opened Gaga’s Grub Wichita.
But recently, Presley decided to move to Wichita and bring his second truck with him. He’ll debut Gaga’s Grub pasta truck from 5 to 7:30 p.m. tonight, June 6, at Welch Cleaners, 858 S. Hillside St.
