His classes are Dinner on the Grill, offered from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday; Competition Ribs and Chicken, offered from noon to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday; and Brisket Three Ways, offered from 2 to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
